I’m an executive design leader with over two decades of experience shaping how people connect with technology — from enterprise software and wearables to connected devices and AI-powered platforms. My focus has always been the same: aligning human-centered design with business strategy to create products that are not only beautifully crafted, but also deliver measurable impact.

🥾 Career Journey

Logitech — VP of Design (2021–2024)

I led Logitech’s globally acclaimed product design organization, overseeing 150+ designers across 7 countries. Together we launched products that defined new categories, scaled global SaaS platforms, and earned over a dozen top industry honors — including multiple Red Dot and iF Design Awards. Logitech Sight was named TIME’s Best Invention of 2024, alongside recognition from Fast Company and the IDA.

Logitech Core Roles (2017–2021)

Before being promoted to VP, I directed design for core products, gaming, B2B, and emerging markets. Flagship launches such as the MX Master 3S, G Pro X Superlight, and Rally Bar became global successes, driving adoption across both consumer and enterprise ecosystems.

Earlier Roles

Prior to Logitech, I shaped user experiences at LG, Pebble, and Autodesk — spanning wearables, mobile ecosystems, and enterprise platforms. At LG, I helped design the pioneering webOS TV first-use experience, which redefined how millions of people set up and enjoyed their devices.

Today — Spark

I am the founder of Spark Design Strategy, a design consultancy helping companies unlock more value from design. Spark partners with executives, investors, and startups to scale design teams, integrate AI-supported workflows, and deliver the ROI that modern businesses expect from design.
